Now more than ever is a time to connect back in with nature's rhythms and cycles, to get back to the basics in cultivating individual and community health. Working with health from an Ayurvedic and holistic perspective gives us the opportunity to understand how natural cycles and biorhythms not only effect us but are an innate part of us integral to maintaining health. So often we get stuck in the day to day of our habits and patters, cultural and individual mental and physical conditioning that is often rooted in stress, fear, lack and anxiety and deeply disconnected from nature.  This conditioning is typically unconscious and manifests through emotions and behaviors leading to physical and emotional tension and imbalances, such as digestive issues, poor communication and self expression, sleep issues, weight gain, skin problems, inability to feel grounded or feeling stuck and lethargic and so much more. We experience mental and physical dis ease in many forms as we separate ourselves from the harmonious and vibrant nature of which we are a part when we become imprisoned by habitualized thought patterns  and responses that lead to a sense of disconnected living. I use my background to work individually with clients, to help them find balance taking a holistic and seasonal approach to wellness. There is so much out there when it comes to health and wellness we can get lost in it all. I know it is overwhelming when it comes to figuring out what the best approach to cultivating good health is but finding balance is actually very simple and intuitive. I am very good at helping people cut through the mass of information and get to the basics that are best for individual needs and situations.
